NYSUCS and a Strong Hypothesis to Open needs on Executive, Legislaive and Judicial Partnership to DV EA pre PAS
I am NOT AN ATTORNEY but I am a highly adept government, industry and social researcher with skills into US and NYS Legal Research hard learned in a rough economy and from the providence of strong business law, regulatory law and tax professors and the whole of the Legal EcoSystem in lead up to ideally pursue advanced Legal and Economic Education to help on the Debt and Deficit Lines of the economy which each day press more on the local, regional, state and national economy and business opportunities for individuals and families.
Unfortunately to Families and a ascribed demographic pool of middle aged persons there have been some heavy weights to declines in the Economy. We submit the following in an effort to help all impacted and it is a function of our agility to Economic and Social Research form a strong base in financials industry, govt and community lines.
The Distinct Challenge of connecting DV EA and PAS to measureable defense lines at NYSUCS and by analogy ALL National Family Courts to varying degrees ( a strong hypothesis to response lines)

Men, Women and Children are currently being failed by the absence of a de-minimis follow through line from NYS and NYC Health and Human Services on Outreach and NYPD DV lines which clearly define #DV #EA at the Executive Branch points but then pass through a Man or a Women to the lines of #NYCUCS where no remediation to defend against #DV #EA #EmotionalAbuse (and component pathways of #FinancialAbuse seen currently only in #ElderLaw at #NYCRR and #CivilLaw regarding prevention of #CharacterAssasination ie #defamation #slander and #libel while these lines exist in #NYS they appear not to map to Family Law and the Family Court or IDVC) .
Today's Families face serious challenges in the economy with contracted opportunities and rising housing costs, sometimes these pressures bring people together, sometimes they unfortunately bring people apart. The Disollution of Marriage and or Domestic Partnerships is a major life event rated on scale with Job Loss, Birth of a Chld, Bereavement, Moving and Several other lines of impact it can be made much worse when the conditions are #HC #highconflict and the parties at hand need support in effectively managing to a parting of the ways. Regrettably sometimes there is a de-volvement in the manner of interpersonal relationships that can be severe warranting the support of the family court to help on Child Visitation and Human Dignity of the Parents where suffering at the hands of Emotional Abuse which may include Financial and Character Assassination Elements which may also be cancerous precursors in metaphor to #ParentalAlienation visa vi an alienating parent denigrating a targeted parent male or female to a status of less value or worth.
This can be increasingly a problem in times where it is reported there is a rise in low or no empathy conditions and where the Executive Branch at Health and Human Services and NYPD DV or at other equivalents across the nation (to the larger national issue of mens rights, women's rights an family rights is succinct in defining this problem it seems notable that the legislative and judicial lines in strong hypothesis must follow and empirically as observed at NYC there is no direct codification for Emotional Abuse as defined here across EA, Financial Abuse and Character Assassination to find even a deminimis immediate protection order to cease and desist and refer to counseling and or anger management the offending party / parties.
Unfortunately this leaves Targeted parents who may be financially and emotionally now disadvantaged as the victims of a rapidly growing cancer identified as #ParentalAlienation and #AbusebyProxy. This can be helped by Executive, Legislative and Judicial branch interplay to define and map #DV #EA cases to a much needed Family Law Statute at Family Court to at least validate the destructive impact to the psyche and the person of an insidious abuse which can go from emotional to financial to character assassination which unchecked leads to a path of open pass to allow a Targeting Parent to Alienate the Abused Spouse / Partner from the Child as a painful blow to even further inflict collateral damage to an already hurting place.
On a note or related International Family Law to these lines Spanish Law has recently recognized Parental Alienation and the UK Courts have identified Low Empathy / No Empathy Conditions and it is suggested that DSMV and ICD-10 are beginning to recognize #ParentalAlienation possibly termed therein as #childaffectivedisorer. It is suggested that #NYSUCS is aware of this but we need better immediate paths to temporary restraining orders which in de-minimis define Emotional abuse, Financial Abuse and Character Defamation and specifically admonish these paths in written manner and provide (mandatory) referral in high conflict #HC cases to some manner of counseling and potentially anger management support to interdict at the pass before emotionally abused Domestic Violence Victims can be further traumatized through the alienation of their children which where occuring leaves a long painful trail of Men, Women and Children in pain on a level where scars may not be seen but where prolonged verbal and social abuse is shown to have physical impact on the amygdala in the brain.
This is a point to important to overlook and it impacts families, individuals, and the work force and we need to find ways to help the Executive, Legislative an Judicial branch stand shoulder to shoulder to fully defend against these lines of unguarded pass to emotional abuse where so many have been failed at NYSUCS through a lack of timely remediation even if on a de-minimis line of admonishment and referral. The goal is to help all. .
Our purpose in sharing this post is to help on an observed point where the #EPCLines of #enitty #policy and #community meet on an important matter that can help efficiency and effectiveness across the Executive, Legislative and Judicial branch points to Families and Communities with a strong Hypothesis to needs at NYS and a model which may have national cross application to the Family Courts but our most important point of all here is to share knowledge that can help mothers, fathers and children in these complex times to overcome and deminish the incidence of Domestic Violence on Emotional Abuse lines and to defeat Parental Alienation with rapid interdiction strategy to educate and inform and to guide to a better path in any way of productive value that we may.
